**Job Description** **Position Title:** **Maintenance** **Two-Week Onboarding:** **August 10th - 14th & August 17th & 21st** **Monday - Friday** **7:30a - 3:30p** **Pay Rate** : .40 shift differential Trainee Rate: $28.91 Level 1 - 4 Rate: $31.78 - $41.32 per hour **Sign-on Bonus** : $500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months **Category/Shift:** **Hourly Full-Time** **Training on day shift: 6:00am - 6:00pm** **Night Shift after training: 6:00pm - 6:00am** **Week 1:** Mon, Tues, Sat, Sun **Week 2:** Sun, Wed, Thurs **Physical Location** : St Joseph Container 4725 Easton Rd. St. Joseph, MO 64503 **The Job You Will Perform:** + This position is responsible for safely providing maintenance support to our box plant that is equipped with technology ranging from simple to state of the art for the corrugated industry. Utilize excellent mechanical skills & knowledge (pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, power transmission, lubrication), electrical/electronic skills & knowledge (PLCs, A/C, D/C motors and drives, schematics) in our continuous process-manufacturing environment to achieve machine uptime metrics. Work positively with teams to troubleshoot & solve problems.
