Learning Facilitator

To support the launch of new online MS programs, the full-time remote Learning Facilitator will manage course delivery, provide timely feedback to students, and collaborate with faculty to enhance the online learning experience for mid-level and senior-level professionals. Key responsibilities Manage course delivery by providing recommendations on content and responding to student inquiries Grade assignments and provide detailed feedback to enhance student performance and learning outcomes Identify opportunities for course improvement and report issues related to course design or technology Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree in a relevant STEM field preferred 2-4 years of relevant professional or instructional support experience Expertise in at least one academic area: Data Science, Computer Science, or Software Engineering Experience with programming languages such as Python, C, or Java, and familiarity with databases and SQL Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment and manage competing priorities
