Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in new car sales. Ford experience preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Customer‑focused with a passion for delivering great service. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends. Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
