Brand Ambassador

Summary The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and works to exceed customer expectations. This role drives sales, supports store initiatives, and fosters customer connections through in-person and alternative shopping experiences. Responsibilities Drive daily business and achieve sales goals by keeping customers at the center of decisions. Represent brand and customer experience standards while supporting store initiatives and team training. Build clientele and strengthen customer connectivity through alternative purchasing processes and digital product discovery tools. Maintain sales floor and store standards, and provide management with feedback on successes, opportunities, and category needs. Requirements Retail or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred. Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers, management, and coworkers. Operate the register and work on foot for multiple hours; maneuver throughout the store and lift or climb up to 30 pounds. Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
