This full-time position offers flexibility in scheduling to meet the varying needs of our clients, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities\nThe responsibilities of the Licensed Mental Health Therapist will include:

- Conducting thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance use history, mental health status, and personalized treatment needs. \n
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that consider both the addiction issues and any co-occurring mental health disorders. \n
- Facilitating one-on-one and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to engage clients in their recovery journey. \n
- Working effectively with other treatment team members, including medical professionals and case managers, to coordinate care and ensure a seamless recovery experience for clients. \n
- Providing education and resources to clients' families to foster understanding and promote their involvement in the treatment process. \n
- Maintaining precise and confidential records in accordance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. \n

Qualifications\nThe qualified candidate will possess:

- A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field. \n
Ideal candidates will also have:

- Comprehensive knowledge of best practices for treating both substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. \n
