In this member-facing role, you will:

Accurately process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan paymentsProvide a warm, welcoming experience to every member who walks through our doorsEducate members on financial products and services to support their goalsOpen, maintain, and close member accounts with accuracy and careAssist with audits, branch operations, and other assigned tasks

Skills & Requirements

High School Diploma or GEDPrevious banking/credit union experience preferredStrong problem-solving skills and ability to assist members promptly and professionallyExceptional attention to detail and time managementStrong computer and technical skillsExcellent relationship-building and communication abilitiesHigh integrity and a strong work ethic

Working Environment & Expectations

Professional lobby/office environmentHours: MondayFriday 8:45 a.m. 4:45 p.m., with alternating Thursdays until 6:15 p.m. and the possibility of Saturdays 9 a.m.12 p.m. in the futureAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to travel for training or meetings, including to Parsippany, NJComfortable assisting members both in-person and by phoneAccurate cash handling and transaction processing skills required
