About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Project Management to oversee the delivery of projects within a business unit. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading and developing a team to ensure the safe and compliant delivery of projects, in line with a principal delivery model. This role is pivotal in creating a sales pipeline, building external client and supply partner relationships, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with commercial agreements, statutory regulations, and industry standards. Key responsibilities for the Head of Project Management include driving business growth by identifying project opportunities, developing bids, and proposals, and managing the execution of projects to meet financial targets. The role also involves recruiting, developing, and managing high-performing teams, providing strategic leadership, and maximizing profitability through cost control and effective subcontractor management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on commercial and technical aspects, and a proven track record in leading successful project delivery.
