The Wolak Group is currently hiring for a Shift Leader to join our network! We are an established Dunkin' Franchise with 90+ locations and growing. Nothing makes us happier than providing our guests with America's favorite coffee, refreshing beverages, tasty baked goods and snacks. Our customers are the reason we are in business, so we strive every day to deliver exceptional service to our guests. Here's how you will help:
- Support operational excellence by role modeling and leading the team to deliver exceptional Guest Service
- Train and coach new and existing employees
- Ensure team members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food/drinks as part of creating a superior guest experience.
