RN Registered Nurse

$1652.40/week - Job Summary: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care while complying with facility policies and healthcare regulations. Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care by monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing treatments. Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records. Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions. Adhere to infection control protocols, including COVID-19 safety procedures. Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations concerning healthcare practices. Qualifications: Valid and current Registered Nurse license. Minimum of one year experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred. Ability to comply with facility and safety policies, including COVID-19 vaccination requirements. Strong assessment and communication skills. Proficient in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Must present a valid government-issued ID and be able to wear a photo badge at all times.
