Role: Cover Supervisor Academy: Outwood Academy Ormesby Start Date: September 2026 Salary (Actual Salary): £20,545.13 to £21,498.98 per annum (Grade 5, SCP 9-11) Working Pattern: 32.5 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday (8:00am - 3:00pm), Term Time only + 5 days Are you a proactive and engaging individual with excellent classroom management skills, ready to step in and ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences? Do you excel at motivating students and maintaining a constructive working environment across various subjects? The overall purpose of this post is to supervise whole classes during the short‑term absence of teachers and implement work programmes under the guidance of teaching staff.
