Pay: $1699 - $2047 | Shift: 36 hrs/week | 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM | Every other weekend required

Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for renal and medical-surgical care? Do you thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments where your skills can make a significant impact? Join our 21-bed Renal Med-Surg unit, where you will play a critical role in caring for patients with acute and chronic kidney disease, post-dialysis needs, and complex medical-surgical conditions.

As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult renal and medical-surgical patients
• Manage patients with acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, and post-dialysis needs
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry
• Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Float as needed within scope to similar Med-Surg units, including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED boarders

Qualifications include:

• Active Ohio RN license (required at submission)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 3 years of recent Med-Surg and Telemetry experience (renal experience strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to independently read and interpret telemetry strips
• Competency test required on Day 1; failure results in immediate contract termination
• Epic EMR proficiency (mandatory, no training provided)
• Need 2 years experience in setting
