Registered Nurse - Step DownOur client, a healthcare company, is looking for a Registered Nurse - Step Down for their Dayton, OH location.Requirements:Previous Charge Experience: PreferredYears of Experience: 1.5 year(s)Patient Ratio Experience: 1:5Charting System: Preferred, EpicTeaching Hospital Experience: PreferredTrauma Level I Experience:PreferredAlso note, ICU exp does not count towards SD/PCU exp at this facility, therefore, you MUST have SD/PCU experience to be considered.Unit is trialing team nursing where two nurses and a PCT partner together to care for a group of patients. The goal of this model is to divide the work and not the patients ultimately, improving both the workload and patient care.
