Job Description:
Join a team that supports employees, customers, and clients during critical situations by receiving inbound calls related to risk-averse incidents involving driver safety and accidents. Active listening skills to respond with essential questions to accurately document details for reports. Responsibilities:
- Receives calls and reports related to occurrences of roadway accidents, property damage, equipment damage, workers’ compensation, hazardous materials, and citizen complaints.
- Maintains Risk Management databases, including contact information for claimants and vendors.
- Processes Risk Management correspondence to the appropriate parties involved as needed.
- Escalates accident information to appropriate personnel in accordance with established procedures.
- Administers accident processes, including police contact, drug/alcohol screening, information intake, driver, and equipment
- hold and engine control module download.
- Escalates non-standard and serious accidents to claims/legal and carries out instructions as directed.
- Research, compile, track reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
- Processes accident-related payments and logs financial information in occurrence records.
- Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with others.
- Receives and carries out instructions.
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of previous work experience in the trucking industry, preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of data entry/customer service experience required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

The base salary range for this position is $20.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
