Atlanta, Georgia – Community Service Supervisor Columbia Residential is looking to hire an Experienced Professional Community Service Supervisor located in the Atlanta, Georgia Metro Area. Responsibilities Coordinate service orders including Turnkey operations, move‑ins, and preventative maintenance. Ensure timely completion of assigned work orders and property repairs, providing guidance to community management staff on maintenance‑related issues. Supervise, train, and mentor service technicians, grounds staff, and housekeepers. Resolve complex issues related to maintenance work orders. Assist hands‑on with the completion of work orders. Identify areas in need of improvement and make recommendations. Handle multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Follow‑up on service requests to ensure the highest quality customer satisfaction. Perform various tasks related to maintenance operations. Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills.
