Location: Kansas City, MO
Schedule: Full-Time | Non-Exempt

Are you a detail-driven, licensed Pharmacy Technician ready to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment? Join our dynamic long-term care pharmacy team and help deliver life-changing medications to those who need them most.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and package medications with precision and care
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Support monthly cycle fills and verify medical records
• Communicate with physicians and facilities for order clarification
• Process prescriptions accurately under pharmacist supervision
• Keep your workspace organized and efficient
• Provide top-tier customer service and assist with basic inquiries
• Be a vital part of a collaborative, professional team

Physical Requirements:

• Lift/move up to 25 lbs. occasionally
• Stand for extended periods
• Use hands, reach, talk, and hear regularly
• Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

What You Bring:

• Missouri Pharmacy Technician License (Required)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience with QS1 software and LTC pharmacy (Preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-starter attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Proficiency with computers and time management

This position will be working a rotating shift every other week Monday-Friday (8am-5pm & 9am-6pm)

Full benefits after 60 days (medical, dental, vision, critical illness, etc., 401(k) after 1yr & 1000hrs.
