Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult patients on a high-acuity Med-Surg/Respiratory Care unit, including assessment, planning, and ongoing evaluation
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications and IV therapies, and perform targeted therapies as ordered
- Assist with complex patient needs, including respiratory support and telemetry monitoring; document findings in the electronic medical record (Cerner preferred)
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case management, and other care team members to coordinate care, discharge planning, and family communication
- Maintain patient safety and infection control standards; respond to changes in patient status and participate in escalation when needed
- Complete required skills checks, maintain up-to-date certifications, and be prepared to float to affiliated units as needed

Requirements
- Active RN license in New Hampshire or a valid compact state; NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission; NURSYS license verification
- 2+ years of Med-Surg and/or Telemetry core experience; high-acuity or respiratory care unit experience preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certification; NHISS required prior to start
- Ability to pass a on-boarding dysrhythmia exam (preferred score ≥80%)
- Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license or acceptable form of identification with address matching demographics; demonstrated ability to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced unit
- Submission must include an up-to-date resume with relevant MS/telemetry experience; may be asked to float to affiliated units as needed
