Compensation of $18-$24/hour depending on experience. Get paid weekly! After 90 days, employees become eligible for $20/hour pay and healthcare benefits. Scheduled days are limited to 5 days per week. Consistent weekly schedule of 40 hours! Manager that genuinely cares about you, and is committed to your development. No previous car wash experience is needed we provide on-the-job training for all Team Members. Looking for the possibility of a career? Responsibilities:

• Providing superior customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Maintaining an incredibly welcoming facility, including general cleaning and organizing.
• Assisting customers with their selection and purchase at the pay stations.
• Actively explain and offer monthly car wash membership options to customers.
• Safely loading vehicles onto the tunnel conveyer system.
• Assisting customers with their club membership at the POS computer system.
• Performing routine maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

• Must have an outstanding work ethic, be teachable and coachable, be a contributing team member, and be willing to execute at a high standard, the Swift Wash way.
• Must be available to work any shift on any day of the week and select holidays.
• Ability to frequently use general maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment such as, but not limited to, pressure washers, lawn care equipment, snow and ice removal equipment, ladders, hand tools, etc.
• Willingness to follow company uniform and appearance standards at all times.
• Ability to frequently handle and use chemicals and general cleaning supplies.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and climb (ladders, etc.).
• Ability to work in variable weather conditions and in a loud environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must be a US citizen or have valid work authorization.
