Warehouse Associate and Driver

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate and Driver is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and delivering products efficiently and safely. This role supports daily warehouse operations while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers and job sites. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Warehouse Duties:
-Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.
-Verify product quantities and report discrepancies or damages.
-Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
-Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery.
-Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
-Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, etc.
-Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
-Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

Driver Duties:
-Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
-Deliver products to customers, vendors, and job sites according to schedules.
-Verify delivery orders and obtain customer signatures when required.
-Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
-Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company driving policies.
-Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.
-Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries.

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
-Previous warehouse, delivery, or logistics experience preferred.
-Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
-Basic inventory management skills.
-Strong organizational and time management abilities.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:
-Ability to lift and carry up to 50-100 pounds.
-Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
-Comfortable working in warehouse and outdoor environments.
-Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and delivery vehicles.

Reports To: Warehouse Manager / Operations Manager

Salary commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week. May require overtime based on business needs.
