We seek an senior operations leader to run all factory activities, drive production efficiency, ensure quality and safety, and manage budgets with a strong customer focus. You will hire and develop teams, oversee production schedules, and report on KPI performance while collaborating with HR and partners to meet ambitious targets and timelines.
