We are a home care agency working with clients in Contra Costa and Alameda counties and looking for compassionate Home Care Aides and Caregivers to join our team. Our dedicated staff is READY and HERE to make sure you have all the tools necessary to be successful as a Caregiver. Schedule: 12 hour cases available! 10 hour shift 8 hour shift 4 hour shift Day shift Night Shift Monday to Friday Weekends Pay and Benefits: Highly competitive pay with average hourly rates between $20-$25/hr depending on the level of care Bonuses and Rewards Flexible schedule am, pm and night shifts Paid Orientation Paid on the job training Paid Sick Leave Paid holidays when working a shift Eligibility for healthcare benefits Eligibility for 401(k) retirement planning Ongoing Support from Staffing and Care Managers Responsibilities: Assisting clients to remain at home with care such as: Assist with personal care Assist with mobility Medication reminders Escort clients to appointments Meal Preparation Light Housekeeping Job Requirements: Must be registered with the Home Care Services Bureau (we can guide you through this process) Current TB test Fluency in English Hillendale Home Care is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
