Job Description Our Team Members are the first point of contact with our guests and exemplify Farmer Boys' brand image. You will deliver exceptional service before, during, and after taking orders. Responsibilities may include taking orders, managing registers, maintaining the dining area, working the drive-thru, cooking fresh food, or preparing ingredients. Experience is not required; we provide hands-on training and online courses to help you succeed. Job Summary As a Team Member, you may learn various roles such as Cashier, drive-thru operator, cook, or food preparer.
