Occupational Therapist Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in-home for older adults, including evaluations, treatment planning, and therapy implementation to enhance functional abilities. Responsibilities include supervising support staff, adhering to schedules, documenting patient progress, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring patient safety. The role involves developing personalized treatment plans, conducting assessments across various areas such as mobility, cognitive skills, sensory awareness, and activities of daily living, as well as fabricating and instructing patients on adaptive devices. Flexibility in work environment and schedule is key.
