Paid Time Off (PTO). Employee dining discounts. Job Summary Our client is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high-volume, full-service restaurant. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing team members, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and achieving financial and performance goals. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, team development, and creating a positive dining experience for every guest. Responsibilities Lead and oversee both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement. Drive sales growth while delivering exceptional guest satisfaction. Manage employee scheduling, labor costs, and overall staffing needs. Monitor and control food and beverage costs to meet financial objectives. Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and product ordering. Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure an outstanding dining experience. Identify, develop, and mentor future restaurant leaders. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience. Previous experience in a full-service restaurant environment. Proven leadership and team development skills. Experience managing labor, food costs, and overall restaurant profitability. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
