Certification is not required for this position. We provide

two full weeks of paid, hands-on training

to help you learn our clinic processes, develop your skills, and feel confident in your role. Bring your

energy, curiosity, and willingness to learn , and we’ll help you grow! Key Responsibilities

Welcome patients and create a friendly, positive experience. Obtain and document manual vital signs. Perform venipuncture and routine blood draws. Administer IM and subcutaneous injections as directed by providers. Assist providers with minor procedures. Complete laboratory testing, specimen preparation, and documentation. Maintain accurate records and quality-control standards. Keep clinical areas clean, organized, and properly sterilized. Complete inventory counts and assist with clinic supplies. Support front desk operations as needed. Work with teammates to keep patient flow running smoothly. Follow HIPAA, safety standards, and clinic policies. We Want Your Personality!

Qualifications

Physical copy of a high school diploma or GED required. At least

3 months of relevant medical experience performing phlebotomy, injections, and vitals OR 180 documented externship hours. Phlebotomy experience required. Medical Assistant experience preferred, but not required. MA or Phlebotomy certification preferred, but not required. Experience with minor procedures is a plus. Basic knowledge of EMR systems, HIPAA, and clinical safety practices. Successful completion of a background check. Clinic Operating Hours

8:00 AM–5:00 PM Tuesday:

8:00 AM–7:00 PM Wednesday:

8:00 AM–1:00 PM Thursday:

7:00 AM–5:00 PM Friday:

8:00 AM–5:00 PM Saturday:

8:00 AM–12:00 PM Part-Time Schedule:

Approximately

20 hours per week. Saturday Availability:

Must be available to work
