What You'll Do: * Conduct assessments and monitor resident health trends * Oversee medication programs and documentation accuracy * Coordinate care with families, physicians and clinical teams * Support infection control and regulatory compliance * Lead clinical training and support staff development * Monitor incidents and drive quality improvements
What You'll Bring: * Active RN license * Experience in assisted living, hospital or long-term care * Strong clinical judgment and regulatory knowledge * Strong communication and leadership skills
