• Key Responsibilities:*
• Engage with individuals and families to educate them on pre-need funeral options.
• Conduct in-home or in-office presentations, community seminars, and follow-up appointments.
• Develop and maintain relationships within the community and with referral partners.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through proactive outreach and relationship management.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
• Serve as a caring and professional resource for families during planning conversations.
• Qualifications:*
• Virginia Licensed Funeral Director
• Previous Preneed sales experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Active Limited Lines Insurance License or willingness to obtain (if required by state).
• Comfortable with in-person and phone-based sales presentations.
