AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

YOUR ROLE As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to give every guest in the store an amazing shopping experience, improving their day before they left. You represent the company’s values and bring your REAL self to work. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Use the AEO Selling Model to engage each guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a "friends first" mindset. Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests. Work efficiently across zones—Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom—as required. Act proactively to resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Support the team and assist teammates as needed. Act with integrity, following AEO policies and procedures. YOU'RE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF You love interacting with people. PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion. Paid Time Off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level and type, job location, employment classification (part‑time or full‑time / exempt or non‑exempt), and years of service.
