Parts Accounting Clerk

Our business is growing! We are looking to add an accounting clerk to our staff at Quirk Wholesale Parts. This is a great opportunity to join our accounting team. This position is Part Time: Monday-Friday: 25-30 flexible hours per week. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Opening/Closing of office Make general ledger entries and adjustments Checking invoices for correct payments Processing return billing Communicating with the sales employees on missing payments that need to be collected. Work with Accounting Manager and assist in other accounting projects Job Requirements Candidates should have a good customer service attitude and communication skills. Quick learner. Ability to take training quickly. Candidates should have experience with Excel and Word (Microsoft Access experience a plus).
