Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, identifying their unique needs and establishing appropriate treatment plans. \n
- Design and implement individualized therapy programs that address specific issues and goals of each client, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities. \n
- Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, promoting healing through an empathetic and therapeutic approach. \n
- Collaborate closely with fellow health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, including participation in interdisciplinary team meetings. \n
- Facilitate educational workshops and sessions for clients' families, providing them with tools and guidance to support their loved ones during the recovery process. \n
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential client records in compliance with mental health regulations and ethical standards, ensuring client privacy while contributing to quality improvement initiatives. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution. \n
