Pet Care Front Desk & Client Services Specialist

CLT Vets is seeking a highly motivated, top‑notch Client Service Representative to join our team. We strive to be the industry’s premiere veterinary care facility. JOB DUTIES INCLUDE
Provide quality, friendly client care to our patients and clients Receive incoming calls on multiple phone lines and schedule appointments, direct calls where needed, fill heartworm prevention and flea prevention according to our guidelines Obtain and input data into computer all necessary data concerning the owner and the patients to include previous history Verify address, phone numbers, and email on all clients upon arrival Maintain transactions with clients which includes balancing of credit cards and cash at the end of the day Knowledge of flea, heartworm, prescription diets, and vaccination protocols Be able to educate and answer client questions Assisting clients to and from their vehicles when needed Frequently transport inventory to stock shelves, need to be able lift 30 pounds and occasionally handling 50 pounds Open and close practice to include end‑of‑day processing Perform a variety of clerical duties, mailings, cleaning, organizing reception area, and sending referrals to other hospitalsREQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
