Pharmacy Technician
Location: Lewisville, TX (On-site)
Schedule: On-site; may include weekend/holiday/night/on -call shifts
Pay: $21.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Enter prescription data accurately and efficiently (high attention to detail)
• Initiate refill requests and support inbound/outbound call workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve order issues using strong problem-solving skills
• Assist fulfillment operations: scanning, labeling, packing, and staging orders
• Maintain safety, integrity, and professionalism within the pharmacy environment
• Follow pharmacy policies, procedures, and workplace standards consistently
• Support team workflows in a small, high-cooperation environment
• Handle physical job demands including lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Registered with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy required
• IV preparation experience required
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively with frequent interruptions
• Comfortable with inbound/outbound calls and time-sensitive order processing
