Job Full Opportunity Brief Title: Legal Counsel - HR Investigations Category: Jobs Organiser: GEICO Description: GEICO is seeking an experienced attorney to join its in-house Employment Law Department as Counsel for HR Investigations. The successful candidate will lead and oversee complex investigations into workplace complaints, employee misconduct, and policy violations. Responsibilities include advising HR stakeholders on investigation strategies, reviewing factual findings, recommending disciplinary actions, and responding to administrative agency charges. The role also involves developing training materials and toolkits to mitigate legal risks. Eligibility: Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. A minimum of five (5) years of experience conducting or overseeing HR investigations within a law firm, government agency, or corporate legal department is required.
