Proven track record with wrap construction over podium/parking structures. Cast in place and/or tilt up experience Luxury MF build experience with rooftop pool and/or amenities Procore or related construction software experience Experience managing projects ranging from 100 to 400+ residential units. Deep understanding of schedule, budget, quality, and risk management. Strong understanding of Florida based construction innerworkings and regulations Ability to manage senior stakeholders, design teams, and general contractors.
