Are you outgoing, goal-driven, and passionate about helping families say "yes" to life-saving swim lessons? Aqua-Tots Swim School is looking for a Sales Lead to help drive enrollments, support families through the decision-making process, and play a key role in our school's growth.What You'll DoConnect with new and returning families to convert leads into enrollmentsFollow up on web leads, inquiries, and tours with confidence and careEducate families on lesson options, schedules, and promotionsSupport front desk staff with sales training and best practicesTrack leads, conversions, and follow-ups to ensure no opportunity is missedRepresent Aqua-Tots with professionalism, warmth, and integrityWhat We're Looking ForStrong communication and relationship-building skillsSales experience preferred (retail, service, or membership sales a plus)Comfortable with goals, metrics, and accountabilityOrganized, proactive, and detail-orientedPositive attitude and team-first mindsetAvailability for evenings and weekendsWhy Join Aqua-TotsMeaningful work centered on child safety and confidenceLeadership growth and development opportunitiesSupportive, team-oriented cultureCompetitive pay with performance incentivesIf you love helping families, enjoy sales conversations, and want to make a real impact, we'd love to meet you!!
