With the support of a practice manager, a highly trained team on site, and a vast network of experts across the nation, you'll be connected to the resources and support of Heartland Dental while enjoying the feel of a close-knit practice.Join a collaborative 16-person team led by two doctors who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care.Conveniently located in Peoria, AZ, near the Loop 101 and surrounded by shopping, dining, and growing residential communities.Work in a modern 9-operatory practice with advanced technology, including Dentrix and an iTero scannerBe part of a practice that has earned a 5.0-star Google rating, reflecting the strong relationships built with patients and the community.Minimum QualificationsCurrent dental hygienist license in Arizona and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, periodontal therapy, patient screening, and medical history documentationCurrent CPR CertificationLocal Anesthesia certification requiredPreferred Experience 2-3 years of clinical experience preferredExperience with SRP treatment, periodontal charting, and comprehensive patient educationExperience using Dentrix, iTero scanners, digital X-rays, and electronic dental recordsFamiliarity with Curodont and Arrestin products preferredStrong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient careDesire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to support patient health and long-term treatment successAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentPhysical RequirementsAbility to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation.
