I need someone who can make people feel something when they see our content. Someone who can take a complex AI workflow and make it look obvious. Someone who can be the face of a movement and not just a brand. Responsibilities Own end-to-end content creation: concept, script, film, edit, publish Create short-form video content that cuts through the noise on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Be the on-camera face of Dataleap. Show up. Build trust. Make people want to follow along Turn real customer use cases into stories that make people say "I need this" Explain technical concepts to non-technical people without dumbing it down Capture how we actually work. The energy. The speed. The craft. Make people feel like they're part of something Document the journey. Build content that makes people want to work here as much as they want to use the product Build repeatable content formats that compound over time Test relentlessly. Figure out what works. Double down Future: Also build out long-form content like our podcast series. You Are a Good Fit If You Have proven experience creating short-form video content that actually performs Have strong storytelling instincts: hooks, pacing, emotional clarity Are comfortable in front of the camera and not afraid to be a recurring face Can explain AI and automation to anyone without making it boring Have solid video production and editing skills Are obsessed with the craft. You notice the details no one else does Move fast and iterate faster. You don't wait for permission to try things Have experience with startups, SaaS, or AI/tech products (or are obsessed enough to ramp up instantly) Want to define the content playbook for a new category, not copy someone else's I don't care about your follower count or your resume.
