Family Medicine Physician Opportunity

Sanford Health has an opportunity available for a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join their growing practice in Perham, Minnesota. Clinic hours are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon. Looking for a provider to join in 2025. The practice includes a 24/7 staffed emergency room, a cal 1:6, and a multispecialty group practice including Family Medicine, Surgery, Psychiatry, and Psychology. The service region is approximately 15,000 patients. Outreach specialties include Urology, Dermatology, Podiatry, Cardiology, Oncology, and Nephrology. The clinic and hospital are 136,000 square feet; attached to a 25 bed critical access hospital along with 52 clinical exam rooms all under one roof.

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Competitive compensation package includes a compensation floor of $330,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details).
