SEEKING A HIGHLY SKILLED DATA ANALYST WITH A STRONG TECHNICAL FOUNDATION AND A PASSION FOR DATA-DRIVEN PROBLEM SOLVING. THIS ROLE REQUIRES HANDS-ON EXPERTISE IN PYTHON, SQL, AND ADVANCED ANALYTICS, WITH THE ABILITY TO TRANSLATE COMPLEX DATA INTO ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS AND DRIVE AUTOMATION ACROSS OPERATIONAL WORKFLOWS.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
" STRONG SCRIPTING AND PROGRAMMING EXPERTISE IN PYTHON FOR DATA ANALYSIS, AUTOMATION, AND SCALABLE SOLUTIONS
" ADVANCED PROFICIENCY IN SQL FOR QUERYING, DATA VALIDATION, AND PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION
" EXPERT-LEVEL EXPERIENCE WITH EXCEL, INCLUDING COMPLEX FORMULAS, PIVOTS, AND DATA MODELING
" EXCEPTIONAL ANALYTICAL AND PROBLEMSOLVING SKILLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO IDENTIFY TRENDS, ROOT CAUSES, AND IMPROVEMENT OPPORTUNITIES
" STRONG VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS, CAPABLE OF CLEARLY PRESENTING TECHNICAL FINDINGS TO BOTH TECHNICAL AND BUSINESS AUDIENCES
" PROVEN ABILITY TO WORK EFFECTIVELY IN CROSSFUNCTIONAL TEAM ENVIRONMENTS
" DEMONSTRATED CAPABILITY TO IDENTIFY AND IMPLEMENT AUTOMATION OPPORTUNITIES TO REDUCE MANUAL EFFORT AND IMPROVE DATA QUALITY

" EXPERIENCE BUILDING DASHBOARDS AND ANALYTICS USING TABLEAU OR SIMILAR BI TOOLS
" PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH PTC SYSTEMS AND ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (EMS), INCLUDING LEADER AND TRIP OPTIMIZER
EXPERIENCE LEVEL:
" 5-7 YEARS OF HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE DEVELOPING SOLUTIONS IN PYTHON WITH A STRONG FOCUS ON DATA ANALYTICS AND AUTOMATION
DESIRED PROFILE:
" EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE DELIVERING ENDTOEND DATA ANALYTICS SOLUTIONS, FROM DATA EXTRACTION THROUGH INSIGHTS AND PRODUCTION DEPLOYMENT
