Position: Warehouse Team Lead
Pay: $22-$23/hr
Shift: To be discussed
Location: Sturtevant, WI
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead to start IMMEDIATELY at $22-$23/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
- Communicate production updates throughout the day
- Coordinate material movements with the warehouse
- Collaborate with Customer Service on schedule changes
- Monitor labor efficiency during shifts
- Complete and verify production documentation and counts
- Assist with inventory accuracy and audits
- Identify and resolve production issues proactively
- Escalate major concerns to supervisors
- Recommend process improvements and support continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or manufacturing experience
- At least 1 year of leadership experience (Lead or Supervisor preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, warehouse systems)
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform warehouse duties
- Reliable transportation and safety-conscious mindset
Skills:
- General Supervisor experience
- Warehouse operations and inventory management
- Material handling and documentation
- Process improvement and audits
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
