About RNG Consulting
RNG Consulting is a growing sales and marketing firm that partners with nationally recognized brands to help expand their customer base through face-to-face business sales. We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, are eager to learn, and want to build a long-term career in sales.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support from day one.
What You'll Do
Meet with small and medium-sized business owners in person
Learn about each business's needs and present products and services that may be a good fit
Build professional relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Generate new business within an assigned territory
Work toward individual and team sales goals
Participate in ongoing sales and professional development training
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, coachable, and goal-oriented attitude
Comfortable meeting new people and working face-to-face
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer service or sales experience is helpful, but not required
