The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, translate business needs into technical requirements, and assist in driving successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation.
- ssist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, QA, and operations.
- nalyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Support development teams during solution design and implementation.
- Participate in testing activities-UAT, system testing, and validating solutions against requirements.
- Prepare business cases, reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Support change management initiatives including training materials and communication plans.
- Ensure compliance with established methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong understanding of business processes, requirement gathering, and documentation.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Power BI/Tableau, Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Industry knowledge (e.g., Finance, IT, Healthcare, Retail-customize as required).
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, CSPO, or similar.
- SQL knowledge for basic data querying.
