About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Jeffersonville, Indiana, 47129!

Shift: Night Shift
Hours: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM (18:45–07:15)
Hours per Week: 36 hours
Days per Week: 3 shifts/week
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

• Perform patient assessments and reassessments.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Monitor and document patient responses to treatments.
• Read telemetry strips (no titration).
• Provide patient and family education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Delegate tasks to support staff.
• Perform unit skills: trach care, feeding tubes, CPAP, wound vac, dialysis access assessment.
• Ensure safe, effective, patient‑centered care.

• Telemetry experience required
• Epic charting experience required

Education

• Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN)

Licensure & Certifications

• Active RN license (Indiana or Compact)
• BLS certification
• NIHSS certification
