Hospice Registered Nurse

Part-time Hospice RN Case Manager with Athena Hospice of Rhode Island We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Case Manager to join our team. The RN is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the hospice care of assigned patients under the direction of the clinical team. This is an on-the-road position with mileage reimbursement, and you will be required to service the entire state of Rhode Island. Flexible schedule!
