General Manager – Upscale/Fine Dining

Baltimore, MD | Salary Up to $100,000 + Bonus

Join an exciting, up-and-coming restaurant group making its mark on the Maryland dining scene! We’re seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead an upscale/fine dining restaurant and help shape the future of a growing hospitality brand.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who understands exceptional service, team development, financial performance, and the details that create memorable guest experiences. You’ll oversee daily operations, develop a high-performing management team, drive sales and profitability, and help establish the culture and standards for future growth.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of upscale/fine dining management experience
Strong P&L and financial management skills
Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams
