About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief for the Office of Long-Term Services and Supports (OLTSS). This executive leadership role is pivotal in overseeing a substantial long-term services and supports delivery system, with a focus on enabling a large population of older adults and individuals with disabilities to live with independence and dignity. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction, operational oversight, and ensuring the advancement of innovative, person-centered, and fiscally responsible programs. Key duties include leading the strategic planning and policy development for the long-term services and supports delivery system, directing a comprehensive portfolio of community-based and institutional programs, and leading initiatives to strengthen the system through procurement, quality improvement, and healthcare transformation. Applicants for the Chief of OLTSS position at the company should be mission-driven, strategic, and collaborative, with a strong background in Medicaid, healthcare administration, or related fields.
