Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, professional service while building trust and long-term client relationships
- Identify additional coverage opportunities that genuinely benefit each client
- Process new policies, changes, and renewals accurately
- Respond to client inquiries on coverage, billing, and claims
- Quote new and existing customers
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and basic math skills
- WI Property Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 30 days — we reimburse the cost after 12 months)
