Automotive Support Associate

An exciting opportunity awaits for a Automotive Support Associate to follow safety procedures and company policies, work collaboratively across teams and departments, and provide excellent service to customers and team members. Other duties include support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, assist with processing returns and exchanges, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, maintain accurate records and documentation, along with adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency. To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
