Overview NuAxis Innovations is seeking a Help Desk Support Technician to provide frontline IT support in a fast-paced environment supporting mission-critical operations. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Tier 1 support for desktops, laptops, and peripheralsTroubleshoot hardware/software issues and coordinate repairsSupport network connectivity, VPN, and remote access toolsPerform system imaging and OS deployment (Windows 10/11)Manage incidents through ticketing systemsSupport antivirus/security protocols and endpoint protectionProvide user training and guidanceRequired Qualifications1-3 years of technical support experienceCompTIA A+ or equivalentKnowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)PreferredExperience supporting government clientsKnowledge of endpoint security toolsDoes this opportunity sound like a fit for you?
