Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Utilize our electronic medical record system to track, document, and communicate patient progress toward established goals and to adjust treatment plans as necessary. \n
- Participate actively in scheduled meetings, collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery and share insights on patient care. \n
- Adhere to ethical codes relevant to mental health practice and comply with all organizational policies, procedures, and protocols. \n
- Maintain a consistent work schedule as directed by your supervisor and ensure effective follow-through on assigned tasks and directives. \n
- Keep your Oregon Driver’s License updated to accommodate any necessary travel for client sessions. \n
- Stay current with CPR and First Aid certifications to ensure client safety in emergency situations. \n
- Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills to manage a high caseload while maintaining quality care. \n
- Commit to ongoing professional development in line with licensure requirements and implement new competencies that enhance your role. \n
- Other duties as assigned, including providing information and support for patients facing financial or social challenges. \n
In this role, you will primarily work with young individuals who are facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and academic stressors. You will be part of a team that not only provides therapy but also advocates for their holistic well-being, helping them navigate personal issues in conjunction with their educational pursuits. Your work is crucial in helping these clients build resilience and achieve their goals.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid independent license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) is required. \n
- A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (such as MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited program. \n
- A strong ability to assess and prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of service across a busy caseload. \n
- Demonstrated capability to inspire and motivate clients and colleagues, creating a positive therapeutic environment. \n

- Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting. \n
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a commitment to using best practices in treatment. \n
- Experience managing high caseloads while providing quality care and support. \n
The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 yearly, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package is extensive and includes:
