Wilson Trailer Company is seeking an additional Sales Administrator I at their corporate office in Sioux City, Iowa. Wilson Trailer is an industry leading company in the manufacturing of grain, belt, livestock, gooseneck and flatbed trailers. Responsible for the administrative workflow of new trailer sales from start to finish with the sales team, this position collaborates with retail sales personnel, dealers, customers, and engineering.

Position Summary: This administrative support position processes the administrative workflow of a new trailer from start to finish.

Essential Functions:

• Enters new trailer orders and new trailer order revisions from sales personnel into enterprise resource planning software (Axapta).
• Organizes trailer build hours and building capacity schedules into the Slots Capacity Reporting program.
• Improves and maintains the Capture/PB-Lite Sales Order software system by performing maintenance, adding new options, updating rules and testing in Capture Development then transferring updates to Product Builder software.
• Answers telephone calls and emails from Retail Sales Personnel, Dealers, and Customers for all product lines related to specifications, pricing, and delivery.
• Coordinates delivery of completed/sold trailers with manufacturing plants and end customers.
• If required, sends new trailer orders to Engineering Department for design drawings completion.
• Receives approval drawings from Engineering and sends to sales personnel. Keeps record of outstanding drawings and coordinates the return of the signed approval drawings back to engineering.
• Coordinates the return of customer down payment deposit funds when applicable.
• Reports trailers on the "Hot-List" that have potential delivery problems.
• Provides trailer sales data for the Weekly Sales Report.
• Other duties as assigned.

Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
